Registration is disabled by default to prevent you from having bogus and spam-bot registrations on your portal.

To add a new customer or staff members, login to your admin panel, select 'Registration'.

Your book and user group should already be created so that you can add your user to the appropriate group at registration.

If you will be making the intro to your new user (highly recommended) do not select the 'Email New Password to User'.
