Traditional Communication Books |
|
Our
Communication Portals |
|
You only see the
communication IF you visit
the account. |
|
The communication is visible to you
as soon as it is typed.
|
|
Anyone of the client's
employees that have knowledge of where the
book is can write a message and these are
NOT the people who for the most part have
knowledge of the spec's of the account or
the cleaning schedule. This can lead
to your employees being asked to provide
extras that you should be billing for but
won't have knowledge of until you read it in
the book!
|
|
Only people who are given access to the book
can make requests or post complaints.
If a request is made that is not part of
your contract you are able to advise and
follow up right away. |
|
Unless you have a regular
presence in each account you have to rely on
someone else to ensure that msds books are
not damaged or removed and that new msd
sheets for new products are placed in the
building(s).
|
|
An electronic version of MSDS's are
available 24x7 on your website. In the
unfortunate event that any of your employees
need to receive emergency medical treatment
the ER Staff is provided with the phone
number you specify. |
|
Customer wrote a complaint in
the Communication Book and your employee
left a negative response. This
intensified the problem and the customer is
now calling you to complain about your
staff's response to their original
complaint.
|
|
Our system allows you to read both the
original concern and the follow up OR the
ability to post the follow up yourself. |
|
Your cleaner was out sick, you
sent a replacement. Your contact
worked late, saw the fill-in and is now
upset that you had someone new onsite
without their knowledge. |
|
You could have let them know you
would be sending someone else OR you could
even have a "Meet Us" area in t their book
where they could meet their cleaner, the
supervisor and even your fill-ins team!
|
|
The book disappeared, you
didn't know about it and your cleaner and
customer are now leaving each other sticky
notes and nothing is being documented.
|
|
Your books are kept on your server and you
decide what disappears and what doesn't. |
|
Your staff didn't check the
book and missed something the customer
wanted done before having important company. |
|
You or your manager would have known about
this right away and would have been able to
make sure it was taken care of. |
